Swiss-BelSuites 206 Cafe

Swiss-Belhotels, a NZ owned global hotel company opened its first hotel in NZ at 206 Victoria St, called Swiss-Belsuites. 

The entrance to this accommodation was initially designed to be a compact lobby space.  JCY worked with the building owner to combine the adjoining retail space with this lobby space, installing a drop down fire curtain to provide far larger lobby area befitting an accommodation facility of this scale.

Swiss-Bel wished to seamlessly combine the function of an active check in / check out space with a food and quality coffee offering.  The space is reflective of the brands quality, providing seating and dwelling spaces for the various user groups who stay at the apartment suites from individuals to large families.

Quality materials and low glass framed chilled food display cases compliment the excellent coffee offering to provide guests and locals a relaxed and intimate space to relax in.
