Watercare House at 73 Remuera Road is located just off Broadway in Newmarket providing an excellent location and proximity to the surrounding retail amenity. Newmarket is one of the most established commercial office precincts in Auckland.
The building is located adjoining the Newmarket Transport rail and bus hub providing outstanding links to public transport. The design of the office facade facing Remuera Road is that of a series of extruded frames which are offset & cantilevering which modulates the facade to break down the scale and provide external deck amenities to the north. The remaining walls are glazed curtainwall. These are bounded to the eastern and western elevations by sections of large bar coded concrete tilt slab panel walls.
The building has achieved a 5 star Greenstar rating. It has on site bicycle parking, amenities and on site gym and cafe.
