The team at JCY generally doesn't beat its chest that often.
At Friday night's NZ Property Awards 2016 awards dinner, NZME House, the building we recently completed for Manson's TCLM, won the best commercial project in the Hays Commercial Office Property Award. It then went on to win the coveted overall Supreme Award.
Suffice to say all of us here at JCY are very happy, as are our client Manson's TCLM.
JCY are very proud to have been involved in this project. At over 22,000 sqm of GFA floor area, it's one of the larger projects we have been involved in.
