the teamjason gerrand B.Arch, Registered Architect, ANZIA Member, NZCAD(Arch) Jason is involved in all facets of JCY’s operation from client liaison, design inception through to full construction and project management. Jason became an Associate at JCY in 2005 and a Director in 2010. He has overseen numerous construction projects throughout Auckland, New Zealand and in Fiji. Jason became a Registered Architect (no 3620) in 2007. Jason has considerable experience in high quality residential projects, such as private residential dwellings on Vomo Island in Fiji, which includes many projects for the resort such as the new 28 x 14M adults Rocks pool space. Jason also has considerable experience with large scale commercial buildings and has been involved in the Greenstar certification of multiple commercial projects in Auckland. Jason also has extensive experience in retail design with projects throughout New Zealand in all major malls. |
